Beautiful Biarritz – Culture & Shopping Tour

On Thursday we ran the first of our new trips to the beautiful city of Biarritz. This was a more chilled version of our infamous San Sebastien adventure, which allowed us to experience the true French Basque culture. The plan was to enjoy a bit of retail therapy, explore the beautiful city and even partake in some cliff jumping for the thrill seekers amongst us.

BBQs and healthy food in our French Camps

Hi, my name is Alice and I am the cook for Star Surf Carcans. In the busier weeks I cook for around 70-80 people, all from the kitchen tent where I have two hobs (and a barbecue outside). It can be stressful from time to time but I really enjoy creating food and nourishment for all those hungry surfers.

Beach Clean Up in Moliets

On Friday July 11th 2014 Star Surf Camps along with several other surf camps from the area united for a huge beach clean up supported by the local municipality at Moliets Plage. Hundreds of beach goers armed with gloves and bin bags faced the huge task of cleaning the stretch of beach that had unfortunately collected vast amounts of rubbish.
