STAR SURF CAMPS MOLIETS, FRANCE

Chamo and Borja, two great filmmakers from the beautiful Canaries who have been long-term surf travel companions of Star Surf Camps, paid us a visit to our amazing surf camp in Moliets, France these last few days. We couldn’t believe it when they turned up with a whole truckload of camera gear!

Among their equipment was a slow-motion camera and, yes, a drone camera! The guys got some spectacular bird’s eye footage from the drone flying high above the pine trees and some incredible shots of our surf camp. The slow-mo camera was great for capturing people downing drinks when playing flunky ball, doing tricks on our brand new skate ramp and surfing sick barrels and deep pits on our plastic-fantastic wave machine!

We’ve always loved hosting these crazy guys just as much as they love returning to Moliets and Star Surf Camps each year for some hot summer vibes, the great feel of our camp and our amazing trips to Biarritz where, this year, they got some fantastic drone shots of the whole camp picnicking by the lighthouse and exploring the beautiful city!

When leaving, Borja told us that they’ll definitely be back in our surf camp next year as, for them, the stunning pine forests and beaches of Moliets provide the perfect backdrop for a French summer adventure! Chamo and Borja have finished editing their footage and we simply love it!!
