Waterproof Sun Cream/Zinc
You can always point out a British holiday-maker a mile away with their pasty white complexion or fried, lobster-red skin that they are modelling… Make sure you aren’t one of those frazzled surfers by covering up on your next surfing holiday! Waterproof Suncream, lip balm and Zinc are the top of our list of essentials for a surfing holiday, no matter where you go.
Flip Flops
Protect your tootsies! Most surfer bums don the barefoot look, super cool hey?!
Not so cool if you walk in the sand and burn your feet! Pretty important part of your surfing is to be able to stand up on the board so you don’t want to be sat in the surfcamp whilst everyone else is enjoying the waves because you burnt your feet! Flip flops are super light, take up no room, so it’s a no-brainer, wardrobe essential for your next surfing holiday!
Sunglasses
The sun will be shining on your surfing holiday (we hope & pray to the weather gods!) so make sure you can enjoy those gorgeous sunny days with some rad sun specs[JH3] , whether it is playing beach volley ball with fellow surf campers, enjoying a gorgeous sunset or just hanging out and soaking up the rays on the beach.
Yummy Snacks
Being out on the water every day on your surfing holiday will get you craving some yummy foods! Although on your Star Surf Camp Holiday you will be provide with a light lunch whilst out surfing, there’s nothing better than having a munch on your fave snack whilst relaxing on the beach in between waves. Just make sure you take all your rubbish with you and be a responsible surfer!
Hat
We are all about sun protection and making the most of your surfing holidays….. There’s nothing worse than getting sun stroke and missing out on those perfect waves so bring a hat for beach chill time!
