… CHANGE YOUR TRAVEL DATES & DESTINATION FREE OF CHARGE IN 2020 & 2021

Should the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic affect your planned surf holidays to one of our surf camps, you are able to exchange your existing booking for a voucher of the same value. Vouchers will be valid for 18 months from the original date of making the booking, and you can use your voucher as full or partial payment towards a future booking to any of our Star Surf Camps destinations. Besides a free travel date and destination change, we’ve made making a surf holiday reservation as risk-free as possible for all our surf holiday guests: We are offering the lowest deposit on the market at just 20€ to all our summer surf camps in France & Spain.

COVID-19 Booking Policy

Customers can exchange their bookings made in 2020 and 2021 for a voucher of the same value.

1. Date changes and voucher redemptions must be made through the Star Surf Camps office.

2. Valid on all summer camp bookings to France & Spain made in 2020 and 2021 (excludes partner camps).

3. Date changes must be made – or vouchers requested – a minimum of 48 hours before the original departure date.

4. Any voucher issued expires 18 months from the date of the original booking.

5. If there is a difference in price from the original booking, any increase is payable by you at the time of re-booking and any decrease is refundable with a voucher.

6. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. A booking fee of 20€ applies.

8. Refunds for cancellations will be made in line with section 3 of our general Terms & Conditions.
